Stuart Alexander

Background: I naturally fell in to yoga as a means if injury rehabilitation due to persistent knee problems resulting from 20 years of practising and teaching karate. Since I began practising yoga regularly in 2004, I’ve had no injuries or problems with my knees as yoga has really sorted me out. Like many people when I first tried a yoga class in a gym, I thought it was just about stretching exercises. It’s amazing to see the difference yoga can make to a person’s health and happiness after just a few weeks of practise. When teaching, I like the atmosphere to be fun, focused and calming as leaving a class with a relaxed and happy mind is the perfect result. Please feel free to ask me any questions which come to mind.

Hobbies & Interests: Karate, travelling, surfing, meditation and camping!. One of my favourite things to do is: Camping with my family in Wales and being on holiday.


Frank Perry

Role: Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified)and a certified Yoga Teacher Trainer
Frank Perry Frank has now practised yoga for over 25 years and first qualified with a
Complementary Health Education Diploma in Yoga Teaching, then he moved on to training in Ashtanga Yoga Teaching before studying Remedial Yoga with the Yoga For Health Foundation and training with the British Wheel of Yoga.
He teachers a non dogmatic style of yoga, using techniques that have all be proven to work.
What to expect in class – Franks yoga classes vary from very strong vinyasa styles to calm and gentle yin styles. Frank says “yoga is none elitist, and everyone can do yoga.”

He is a member of the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Principle Yoga Teacher Trainer.

 Christine Vaudrey

Role: Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified)

I have practised yoga for over 15 years, and am qualified with Yoga Alliance in both traditional Hatha and hot yoga. I have studied, practised and experienced various styles of yoga including sivinanda, astanga/Power yoga, yin, kundalini and vinyasa flow, all of which have influenced my own practice over the years and will continue to do so as my yoga journey evolves.

I aim for my classes to be friendly, relaxing and accessible to all, using a range of flowing sequences that include elements of ashtanga, yin and sivananda all which stem from traditional hatha yoga. All my classes offer options for beginners and challenges for more advanced students, with inspiring and relaxing music throughout and a strong focus on the breath. I also like to introduce the spiritual aspects of yoga for those who wish to deepen their yoga experience by connecting both the physical, mental and cosmic aspects of yoga.
