Yoga Foundation Course

Join us for a fun and informative weekend and learn about the world of yoga and how it can positively improve your life.

This course is for yogis of all levels wishing to build a solid foundation for their own practice or a future teacher training certification. Stu Alexander and Francis Perry will offer fun and practical sessions on:

• Asana Practice

• History and Styles of Yoga

• Eight Limbs of Yoga

• Pranayama

• Intro to meditation

• Kriyas, Chanting, Chakras and Bandhas

• Functional Anatomy

• Developing a home practice and creating your own sequences

• Introduction to teaching yoga

• Basic Adjusting and Partner Yoga

Dates: 17-19^th May or 11-13^th October, 2019

Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday @ Yoga Hub Liverpool

Cost £225 (£195 for the first 10 spaces) Includes course manual and USB stick

The total cost will be deducted if progressing to the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course.
