Friendly staff/instructors, clean, great facilities, brilliant classes
The only thing I think you could improve on, would be to have less people in the room, or have bigger rooms. I felt a little close together and squashed which meant I couldn't stretch fully without worrying I was going to boot someone!
Atmosphere and quality of teachers
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely facilities and nice relaxing atmosphere. As a beginner, I didn't feel embarrassed or under pressure and was allowed to go at my own pace/ability.
I haves loved the classes but I have found it awkward parking. The teacher last night was great and it was very enjoyable. I did feel that there was not enough space to do some of the positions.

Warmth of the people who work and attend the classes...I lovely place to go to feel the stillness and feel calmed.
Class times excellent, reception staff lovely and helpful, instructors are amazing!!
