Hot Yoga
This is our signature class. If you love an all-over deep stretch and a great sweat, then you will love Hot Yoga.
Classes are taught in a heat chamber where overhead infrared heating panels are used to create intense sauna like conditions of up to 105 degrees. The heat should dramatically improve your flexibility allowing you to move deeper into the postures. It is also delivers a thorough cardiovascular workout and is great for detoxing. As your body fights to stay cool and your mental focus intensifies, your pulse rate rises and heavy sweating is induced. In one 90minute class you can burn between 600-900 calories.
With a broad range of classes available ranging from beginner to advanced level, our friendly experienced instructors guide you through each pose adjusting you alignment and posture when necessary to avoid injury and to ensure you get the most out of every class.

Hot Yoga Beginner Classes
If you are new to yoga or perhaps find the thought of the heat a little intimidating then this is the class for you. In this class we gently introduce you to the heat and break down the posture sequences into a more basic form so that you can perfect your holds and gain confidence before progressing to more our advanced classes.
Hot Yin Yoga & Relaxation
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the passive holding of postures for extended time intervals (3 to 5 minutes). These longer holds deliver a deeper workout for your connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and joints by working improving your strength and reducing your risk of injury. Longer holds also give the body and mind time to slow down and drop into stillness, cultivating an almost meditative practice.
This class is a wonderful compliment to our hot classes and faster paced yoga styles. All levels are welcome.
Express Hot Yoga (45/60minutes)
Get the most out of your day with our Express lunchtime Hot Yoga classes. This class is designed to leave you feeling energised and motivated for the day ahead. The heat provides detoxifying benefits whilst the high tempo at which postures are performed gives you an intense cardiovascular and mental workout. Appropriate for all levels.
Hot Yoga Sequence Level 1
This class follows a set sequence of postures performed with music. Suitable for beginners and intermediate students.
Hot Yoga Sequence Level 2
This class follows a set sequence of postures performed with music. Suitable for beginners and intermediate students. This class is suitable for experienced students and brave beginners.
Hot Yoga Flow
This class follows a flowing sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning, and focus. This class emphasizes the connection of movement with the breath. Sun salutations are practiced between each sequence of postures throughout the entire standing series. Be prepared to sweat, tone your entire body and cleanse your soul.
This class will transform you on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Hot Yinyasa Yoga
What characterizes Yinyasa yoga is the dynamic interconnecting postures that create a sense of flow and movement between the static asanas of hatha yoga. There is also a particular type of breathing that is done with each movement. And the movements between the postures are just as important as the postures themselves.
This class offers a series of postures that are connected together with dynamic vinyasas and performed with particular breathing patterns. The exact definition of vinyasa is movement synchronized with breath.
The purpose of vinyasa is to purify the body by increasing circulation and body heat, leading to an increase in sweating. Vinyasa really facilitates flexibility, tendon and muscle strength.
Hot Pilates
Great for toning, this hot class offers greater intensity and detoxification than a standard Pilates session. Pilates uses core strength exercise as it’s foundation. The core muscles are the deep, internal muscles of the abdomen and back. The Six Pilates Principles include Breath, Centring, Control, Flow, Precision, and Concentration:
These six Pilates principles are essential ingredients in a high quality Pilates workout. All exercises are developed with modifications that can make a workout safe and challenging for a person at any level.
