This is our signature class. If you love an all-over deep stretch and a great sweat, then you will love Hot YogaHub Sequence class. Classes are taught under overhead infrared heating panels. The heat helps to improve your flexibility and concentration. It is also delivers a thorough cardiovascular workout and is great for detoxing.The sequence is quite fast faced and some experience is advised. Focussing on flow, strength, breathing and mental focus.
Hot Yoga Beginner Classes
If you are new to yoga or perhaps find the thought of the heat a little intimidating then this is the class for you. In this class we gently introduce you to the heat and break down the posture sequences into a more basic form so that you can perfect your holds and gain confidence. All levels are welcome
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the passive holding of postures for extended time intervals. These longer holds deliver a deeper stretch for your connective tissues, ligaments and muscles. Longer holds also give the body and mind time to slow down and drop into stillness, cultivating an almost meditative practice. All levels are welcome.
Hot Beginners Foundation Yoga
Designed to enhance your practice week on week. This class features a different theme each week allowing students to focus on a specific aspect of the practice which will aid their overall development and understanding.
Relaxation Yoga For Beginners (by candlelight)
This class on a Friday afternoon is the most relaxing class of the week. Designed to help you wind down after a hectic week, we focus on relaxing completely into the gentle postures. A great class to relax and restore the mind and body ready for the weekend through the practice of mindfulness, guided meditations and gentle movement. The studio is filled with candles and accompanied with soft music to leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed. Great for beginners.
